An apple a day....

Keeps artist's block away.
I hope.
Starting today, I'll be doing a quick sketch of an apple every day. After a week or so, I may be moving on to bananas. In any case, I'll be aiming to do a drawing every single day, since I really need to man up and start doing some serious art. HOOMPH! *flexes in a really sexy, manly way* ;)
Other than that, I'm getting really interested in parkour. It's a non-competitive sport that is all about climbing, acrobatics, and getting to point A to point B in the fastest way possible. I've been studying a lot of design and art, but haven't been doing as much. I have little sketches here and there that I don't like enough to post up. I'll probably have something done soon though....

Ah, it'd be pretty simple; I would make a model, unwrap it, making a sort of flattened out template that then I'd just send to you to paint over in the GIMP.

I've been going to cgtextures.com, finding stocks and using the clone tool. I'm planning to do a corpse though, which'd be a lot harder for me 'cause I can't just find one image and clone it over an area, it'd need original work and be generally harder. Think you might wanna give it a go?
